TERMS & CONDITIONS

Confirmation & Cancellation Policy - Your final bill is based on the number of participants you indicate on this form. If your group size decreases, your invoice remains the same. If your group size increases, we will adjust the invoice to match participating numbers. Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival (or less): Island Pacific Adventures Ltd. will require a 50% payment based on your final invoice.

Alert Us! - If the number of participants changes last-minute, notify us BEFORE you arrive. All of the programs have strict client-to-guide ratios and we need notice of changes, especially regarding food service. Don’t wait until you arrive! 250-248-7829

Participating Adults / Parents - No charge for supervising adults. 1 adult leader per 14 children ratio. Leaders and adults are expected to supervise students during non-instructional time.

Extra Costs - Extra adults (EXCEPT THOSE REQUIRED FOR SUPERVISION – SEE ABOVE) wishing to participate in the activities may do so if the space is available and will pay the regular cost of that program. ALL participants must pay for meals and accommodations. Extra camping sites required will also add to your cost.


On behalf of the class / group, I agree to contract the specific services indicated above. I have read and understand that the TERMS & CONDITIONS listed above form part of this contract. I further understand that this contract MUST be received by the Camp Office at least 14 days prior to our arrival or the reservation will not be guaranteed.
